SUN Energy Wins Two Awards at Indonesia Corporate Sustainability Award 2025

Batang, 28 November 2025 — SUN Energy has achieved yet another major milestone by securing two awards at the Indonesia Corporate Sustainability Award (ICSA) 2025. These accolades further strengthen SUN Energy’s position as one of Indonesia’s most innovative and impactful solar energy solution providers, while reinforcing market confidence in its business model, solutions, and technologies.

ICSA 2025 was organized by PT Olahkarsa Inovasi Indonesia in collaboration with ACEXI (Association of Carbon Emission Experts Indonesia) and held at the Industropolis Batang Special Economic Zone (KEK) in Central Java. SUN Energy received two award categories:

1. Silver – Philanthropy Excellence

Awarded for SUN Energy’s contribution to philanthropic initiatives that bring clean energy access to communities, including those in remote (3T) areas and public institutions. Through the development of solar energy systems, solar water pumps, school revitalization, and support for green jobs initiatives, SUN Energy ensures more communities can benefit from safe, reliable, and sustainable energy.

2. Bronze – Sustainable Product and Services Excellence

Recognizing SUN Energy’s innovation and portfolio of solar energy solutions, including rooftop installations, ground-mounted systems, building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), and roll-up solar technology that enables rapid adoption across various industrial sectors.

SUN Energy’s Head of Marketing, Anggita Pradipta, expressed her appreciation, “These awards validate our approach in delivering solar solutions that are relevant, measurable, and ready to accelerate clean energy expansion in Indonesia. Thank you to our team, clients, and partners who continue to trust us with their energy needs. We remain committed to bringing more efficient technologies and solution-driven services that help industries transition to solar energy with ease.”

ICSA received participation from more than 250 companies, with winners selected through an independent assessment process by a jury panel consisting of sustainability experts, academics, and industry professionals, evaluated through documentation review and live presentations.

Looking ahead, SUN Energy is committed to strengthening its transformation from a solar-as-a-service model to a sustainability-as-a-service approach. This transformation will be realized through synergy within the SUN Group ecosystem, delivering more integrated sustainability solutions, from renewable energy and vehicle electrification to sustainable water management.
