Drawing on extensive leadership experience across diverse industries, including electrification, technology, media, retail, and consumer goods, Mund-Dart Lai brings a strategic perspective that supports business transformation and drives innovation across SUN Energy.

Under his leadership, SUN Energy continues to strengthen its position as a Sustainability-as-a-Service provider, helping industries improve energy efficiency while supporting decarbonization through clean energy solutions.

Mund-Dart Lai's career spans roles as General Manager & Board Director at Sembcorp Solar Singapore, Co-Founder of Rightspot, and Head of Youth, Customer Group at MediaCorp. He also spent more than 18 years at Shell, where he held various leadership positions, including Strategy and Capability Manager, Retail China; Regional General Manager, North China Retail; Global Fuels Differentiation Strategy Manager; Global Retail Strategy Coordinator; and Shell V-Power Brand Manager.

Mund-Dart Lai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Finance from the National University of Singapore. He also completed the Global Leadership Development Program at INSEAD and the Launching New Ventures Program at Harvard Business School.

Ernesto Kapiris

Ernesto Kapiris brings over two decades of international experience in engineering, project management, and renewable energy. He has built a strong track record in leading complex projects and driving operational excellence across the renewable energy sector.

In his role, Ernesto leads SUN Energy operations, ensuring efficient project execution, technical excellence, and strengthened operational capabilities to support the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. 

His career spans roles including Technical Director, Solar (Asia) at Total Solar SEA; Head of Engineering & Construction APAC at BayWa r.e.; Head of Project Management & Engineering at ANNEX POWER Co. Ltd.; Technical Manager at Sunera S.A.; Engineering Consultant at PPC S.A.; and Electrical Site Engineer at AZEK ATEE. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Patras and a Master of Science (MSc) in Energy from Heriot-Watt University.

Okky Gunawan

Oky Gunawan is the Chief Sales Officer at SUN Energy, who brings over 23 years of valuable experience in sales and marketing from various industries, such as banking, FMCG, mobile phone, and automotive. Oky holds an Economic Management degree from Parahyangan University and has held key positions such as Commercial Director at Mitra Pinastika Mustika Rent, General Manager at LG Mobile, and Head of Market Indonesia at Sony Mobile Indonesia.

Oky is highly respected for his leadership skills and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his exceptional work, including the prestigious ""Global Best Talent"" award, Top 50 Best Leader, and Best Marketing Award for Best Retail Implementation from Sony Global. His extensive experience and expertise in leading Sales and Marketing teams to drive fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability make him an invaluable asset to the SUN Energy team.

Under Oky's leadership, SUN Energy's sales team has seen exponential growth, and he continues to drive progress through innovative sales strategies that prioritize customer needs. Oky's deep understanding of customer needs and his ability to identify new opportunities for growth have positioned SUN Energy as a leader in the renewable energy industry. Additionally, Oky is passionate about promoting the adoption of clean energy solutions, and his efforts have contributed significantly to SUN Energy's success in expanding its reach and delivering innovative renewable energy solutions to customers.

Emmanuel Jefferson Kuesar

Emmanuel Jefferson Kuesar drives strategies to accelerate renewable energy adoption in Indonesia. With over 12 years of cross-industry experience in strategy, operations, and business growth, he is known for a collaborative and detail-oriented leadership style and a passion for building impactful businesses. 

In his role, Jefferson Kuesar leads the development of innovative solar energy solutions that help industries improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and achieve their sustainability goals. Jefferson Kuesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Karina Darmawan

As Director of Mobility, Karina Darmawan leads the company’s mobility business driving the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) solutions that support transition toward a more sustainable future. With a proven track record in capital-intensive industries, Karina has successfully led business transformation and growth through strategic restructuring, product expansion, and the development of strategic partnerships, while scaling solar energy system, electric vehicle (EV), and energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial customers.

Recognized for her execution-focused leadership and strategic mindset, Karina builds high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence and sustainable business growth. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree from Atma Jaya University and completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at Singapore Management University. Karina currently participating in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program, which equips entrepreneurs in emerging markets to build competitive businesses that create lasting economic and social impact.

Kok Chiang Sor

Kok Chiang Sor leads the company's financial strategy to support SUN Energy's growth across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors in Indonesia and regional markets. In his role, Kok Chian Sor focuses on strengthening financial governance, project economics, cash flow visibility, funding readiness, and developing scalable finance processes.

Previously, Kok Chiang Sor served as Global Finance Director at GLC Recycle, Finance Director at Maxeon Solar Technologies, BU APAC Finance Director at ams OSRAM, Finance Director at Canadian General Tower, Senior Manager, Financial Controlling and Corporate Audit Manager at Infineon Technologies, and Assurance & Business Advisory Manager at Ernst & Young.

Kok Chiang Sor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Manchester, completed the Accountancy program at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and attended the Chief Financial Officer Program at Singapore Management University.
