The WBS Management Team's responsibilities include receiving and administering complaints, protecting the whistleblower's identity, determining whether complaints can be reported, communicating with whistleblowers, and reporting to the related parties to conduct audits for specific purposes. Any issues that may have occurred during the process on SUN Energy can be efficiently managed, and the corresponding report remains confidential.
