Manage and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual asset performance reports to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare and consolidate annual performance reports to support internal reviews, management reports, and external audits.
Oversee and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and SLAs.
Act as the main liaison between clients and maintenance vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and effective execution of maintenance plans.
Lead the preparation and validation of monthly billing recaps, Business Analysis (BA), and related financial documentation.
Analyze recurring technical issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive and corrective measures to enhance asset reliability and uptime.
Develop and maintain forecasting models for PR (Performance Ratio) and Yield, supporting data-driven decisions and long-term performance tracking.
Drive asset optimization initiatives, such as predictive maintenance, monitoring improvement, and vendor performance benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, general safety SOP, and work-at-height procedures across all asset operations.
Provide technical supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance asset lifecycle value and cost efficiency.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, O&M, or project engineering — preferably within renewable energy, power plant, or electrical utility sectors.
Strong technical understanding of LV and MV distribution system maintenance, plant performance, and vendor management.
Proven experience in managing multiple sites or vendor portfolios, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Holds valid certifications in electrical safety, general safety SOP, and work at height (ISO 55000, CMMS, or project management certifications are a plus).
Skilled in data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., SCADA, Power BI, CMMS).
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrates high initiative, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven environment.
