After the bidding proposal from SUN Energy has been agreed upon, SUN Energy Sales team representative will send a term sheet to be signed by SUN Energy and your company.
Next, SUN Energy's Engineering team will conduct a comprehensive survey of the solar energy system installation site. This survey will result in a detailed engineering design that will be agreed upon with your company. After the detailed engineering design is approved, there is a commercial agreement that must be signed by SUN Energy and your company.
From here, the procurement process is then carried out, followed by the installation of all solar energy system components, as well as the establishment of an operating date."
SUN Energy's integrated services also offer maintenance for the installed solar energy system components. Every three months, SUN Energy checks the solar panels, inverters, and distribution panels.
Meanwhile, cleaning of solar panels is carried out every six months and diagnostic tests of electricity production by solar panels can be carried out according to customer requests.
SUN Energy conducts 24-hour, 7-day real time monitoring of solar energy systems installed at customer companies. SUN Energy will also send monthly reports of solar panel performance, according to the monitoring results.
The installation time of solar energy systems basically varies, considering the electricity capacity and installation area conditions of each customer, which can vary. The installation and commissioning process can be completed within 3-12 months from the time the contract is signed and the engineering design is approved.
For SUN Rental and SUN Leasing financing schemes: SUN Energy performs routine maintenance and repair services at no additional cost during the rental and installment tenors.
For SUN Purchase financing scheme: maintenance and repair services can be done through request.
In creating a detailed engineering design, the SUN Energy team will conduct a survey directly to the installation location of your company's solar energy system.
SUN Energy can work on solar energy system installation projects in any city in Indonesia or even outside Indonesia, as long as the roof area of the building or land is exposed to sunlight.
Your company can increase its electricity capacity by installing more solar panels after the previous solar panel installation project has been completed, as long as it does not exceed the load profile given by national or regional grid electricity.
