Originate and develop partnerships with major business groups in Indonesia, offering SUN Group’s comprehensive products and services.
Project manage business development and growth initiatives in SUN’s overseas markets.
Track and report progress to ensure adherence to company standards and timelines.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine commercial strategies for business development and partnerships, including Joint Ventures (JV), joint operations, and strategic alliances.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide data-driven insights for strategy formulation.
Prepare and review documentation for Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and umbrella agreements.
Support negotiations by providing relevant analyses and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Maintain records of partnership agreements and monitor key milestones.
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proven ability to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
