Responsibilities:
Overseeing various legal matters in the group company, from business as usual to compliance, corporate actions, fundraising and debt facilities, mergers & acquisition (M&A), partnership, investment
Responsible to draft, review and negotiate the daily operation agreements, including in relation to solar panels: from conception to procurement, construction, financing, market development, and solar leasing
Negotiating, reviewing and drafting various agreements and documents in relation to corporate actions, fundraising and debt facilities, mergers & acquisition (M&A), partnership and investment
Providing direct advice to the Senior Management in relation to the legal matters in the group company
Acting as Corporate Secretary, managing corporate practices, legal compliance and handling various legal matters for the group company
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from reputable university with a minimum 8 years experiences as lawyer and or in-house legal in reputable law firm and or company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferably with prior experience of working in Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy sector
