Job Description :
Identify customer pain points in the market, provide recommendations on value added solutions, pursue new business opportunities, identify potential strategic partners in providing such solutions and develop route to market strategies
Build a portfolio of customers by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers that will enable the business to achieve its target P&L, within the targeted time frame
Once an account is secured, collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of product/fulfilment of orders
Build strong stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management within the customer’s organization to ensure healthy collection of receivables and to secure upselling/cross selling opportunities
Provide technical expertise and support to clients on water treatment systems and solutions, including but not limited to membrane technology such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and pre-treatment system
Develop and deliver proposal, financial model, quotation, termsheet, and contract to customers regarding water treatment solution and deliver technical presentation to customers
Provide and update sales pipeline through CRM system with project potential value, project capacity, project status
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (preferably in Chemical Engineering)
6-8 years relevant experience as a sales engineer in equipment provider or chemical services
Strong technical background in water treatment industry, equipment, and chemical
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Creativity, problem solver, strong communication skills, and proven leadership and mentoring skills
Comfortable manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Capable of working as part of a team or independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Slides, Drive
