We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our procurement activities on a short-term basis, covering for maternity leave. The role involves assisting with the procure-to-pay process, reporting, and logistics coordination for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the procure-to-pay process for wastewater and water treatment plant projects using SAP.
• Support procurement activities for consultant, surveyor, and general contractor services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Help coordinate procurement processes for residential solar Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) projects, including supplier sourcing and contract preparation.
• Prepare and deliver weekly updates on sourcing activities, including key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Compile and analyze procurement results monthly, creating basic dashboards to highlight key metrics and identify potential improvements.
• Provide occasional support to the logistics team during peak periods, assisting with loading/unloading oversight and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with procurement processes or a background in engineering is a plus.
• Experience with SAP software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Available for a 3-month contract.
