Managing proposal development for IPP Solar PV projects with PLN, ensuring administrative, technical, and commercial completeness, including Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) and Feasibility Studies (FS).
Supporting sourcing of new Solar PV projects, including both tender opportunities and unsolicited proposals with PLN Group.
Conducting financial model analysis and sensitivity calculations, including commercial structuring for management decision-making.
Reviewing and analyzing PLN tender documents (RFP and TOR) to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Supporting the analysis and understanding of PLN Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
Coordinating and communicating with Sun Partner IPP and key stakeholders.
Actively participating in PLN-related events and other energy sector development initiatives.
Collaborating with multi-divisional teams (legal, procurement, engineering, finance) for proposal preparation.
Building and maintaining relationships with PLN teams, particularly the Renewable Energy (EBT) Division.
Managing internal and external presentation materials, including pipeline development reports.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Physics Engineering, or Business Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in handling or leading proposals to PLN Group (preferably IPP proposals).
Understanding of IPP business models, PLN's RUPTL, and RUKN.
Familiarity with Solar PV performance metrics and general regulations.
Demonstrates high enthusiasm, self-drive, and strong attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work flexibly.
Experience in Solar PV Developer companies (IPP or C&I, preferably IPP), EPC companies, or engineering consulting/advisory firms.
