Head of Business Development

Job Description

  • Lead origination and project execution (e.g. due diligence, financing, valuation, negotiation of contracts).
  • Maintain and ensure an extensive knowledge of current market conditions & future trends with EPC contractors and Governmental stakeholders, energy traders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own all approvals and applications for full project permitting and grid connection required for the purposes of obtaining Power Sale Agreements and Ready to Build status.
  • Build long term partnerships to raise equity and debt finance for ongoing projects and development portfolio
  • Leading the Commercial structuring / contract management functions and monitoring of key project documents including all relevant contracts, funding agreements and interconnection agreements
  • Managing relationships with third party developers, project off-takers and co-developers
  • Drive new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment, auction submissions, to competitive positioning, to initial underwriting and deal structuring.
  • Working on diligence efforts on pursued deals, including business diligence, risk underwriting, commercial negotiations and managing external advisors


Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in solar panel
  • Financial modeling and accounting skills, analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and people skills, business savvy, highly entrepreneurial, passion for knowledge, drive for excellence, high integrity and professional maturity
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both writing and speaking
